These tag holders from the ForkliftTag System assist with the requirements of 1910.178 (q) (7) pre-use preventative maintenance and safety inspection for forklift trucks.

• The ForkliftTag holder is permanently attached to the cage of the forklift truck and displays the prohibition sign and the script "DO NOT USE"
• Holders are made of durable, weatherproof plastic
• Package includes tag insert holders only (tag inserts sold separately)
• The ForkliftTag Forklift Maintenance System provides a clear inspection trail giving integrity and control of work carried out
