The M211 printer works exclusively with Brady's M21-series label cartridges, which are also the same label cartridges from the M210, and must be Brady Authentic materials. These all-in-one cartridges contain both the label supply and ribbon in a single unit.

The M211 connects exclusively via Bluetooth® to your iOS or Android smartphone. It does not have USB connectivity to a PC. The M211 only allows for a single connection at a time.

The M211 only connects to one device at a time. To connect a new device, you must first disconnect the previous one. You can do this by holding the printer's power button for at least five seconds until the Bluetooth light flashes, making it discoverable again.

This is often caused by a dirty print head or roller. First, turn off the printer and remove the cartridge. Use the Brady Cleaning Kit (PCK-6) to gently wipe the print head and the rubber platen roller. Allow them to dry completely before re-inserting the cartridge and turning the printer on.

The M211 contains an internal, rechargeable Li-ion battery that can print approximately 300 labels on a single charge. It is recharged using the included USB-C cable and AC adapter. You can also use the optional external power brick for recharging.
