Upgrade Instructions:
Extract the 5584125_V3.12.0r_BRADY_UPDATE_3.12.0.zip folder
On your USB Drive or SD card, create a folder in the root named "misc"
Copy the 5584125_V3.12.0r_BRADY_UPDATE_3.12.0.pfw file into the misc folder on your USB or SD card
Insert the USB Drive or SD card into the back of the printer
On the printer screen click the gear icon -> Extras -> Firmware update
Select the file and click on green check mark
The firmware will then be upgraded. Printer will restart after upgrade is complete
