  • If an image in the Image Viewer has an extensive amount of data, it will become cutoff at the bottom and can’t scroll
  • If communicating via RS-232 the device doesn't automatically remove from CortexTools3 device list when unplugged
  • When upgrading firmware via RS-232, the program can hang after the device reboots requiring the software to be restarted.
  • Using the keyboard icon to switch device to keyboard mode isn't changing the bases communication mode (base does automatically switch when software closes).
  • Sometimes after navigating away from the file explorer tab and then navigating back to the file explorer tab the files won't load.

Install Instructions

  1. After downloading unzip and run CortexInstall3_v2.3.3.0.exe.
  2. Select Language then click next.
  3. Click next on the Welcome screen.
  4. Read and agree to the License Agreement.
  5. Select Setup Type (Complete or Custom) and click next.
  6. Select Allow network connections if you would like auto firmware and CortexTools updates, then click next.
  7. Ready to Install, click Install to begin install.
  8. After the install completes, you can launch CortexTools3 by leaving the check box checked and click Finish. Uncheck box not to launch program.
