Brady's NetDoc® Cable Management Software allows you to easily document your cable infrastructure including connections between your horizontal and backbone cables, hardware, assets, pathways, locations, users and much more. NetDoc cabling management software improves the efficiency of identifying, locating and fixing problems within a physical network. A Microsoft Excel import tool speeds and simplifies data transfer into NetDoc, as well as creates a seamless integration with Brady's LabelMark label design software. NetDoc lets users manage their physical network, create and print identifiers, document and generate reports. Brady created NetDoc as a web-enabled, TIA606-A compliant cable management solution.

Advanced user interface with rack documentation and expanded search options for data center management: 

  • Add racks to a floor or space (closet, data, center, IDF, or MDF)
  • Define racks and hardware assigned to the racks like assets, termination hardware, and backbone cables
  • New color fields for backbone pairs
  • Trace cable connections through racks and components assigned to racks

Air-blown fiber documentation and tracking for network topologies via the web interface:

  • Add a circuit ID to one or multiple strands for network tracing continuous circuits
  • Show all ports/spaces by using circuit IDs on multiple pairs (IDs can be saved, searched and updated)
  • Document air-blown fiber, including splicing, pathways within pathways, and custom types and fields
  • Track fiber through TDUs, manholes, data center racks, spaces and floors

Microsoft Office Excel Interface to NetDoc®2 Software:

  • Database-connected navigation tool populates cells in Excel with data from the NetDoc®2 system
  • Export location and identification data for network equipment into an Excel document or CSV file, or to LabelMark™ software for thermal transfer label printing from any screen in NetDoc®2 software
  • Define and verify the network assets in Excel directly from the closet or data center:

    • Termination hardware
    • Backbone cables and pairs
    • Asset ports
    • Horizontal links
