Introducing the Wraptor™ Wire ID Printer Applicator from Brady - the automated print and apply machine that makes wire and cable identification faster and easier. The Brady Wraptor system improves productivity and adds quality by combining the printing and application of labels in one easy-to-use unit. In a single stroke, the Wraptor printer and label applicator turns a series of labor intensive, inefficient tasks into a modern automated process that saves time and materials - saving your company money. Includes LabelMark label design and printing software, Wraptor print driver, File Management Utility (FMU), USB cable, 64MB CF Card, Stylus 3PK, Roll of WRAP-4-427, and Roll of R4302 Ribbon

By streamlining the identification and wrapping process as well as reducing waste, the Wraptor printer applicator provides a new and more cost effective solution.
- Prints and applies labels to a wire in 5 seconds or less! That’s up to 12 times as fast as hand applying after printing.
- Eliminates the need to print labels in advance with Zero-Queue printing. Little or no label waste compared to batch jobs where extra labels are thrown away.
- Minimizes ribbon waste with ribbon saving feature.

Offline Design and Independent Operation
Print jobs for the Wraptor printer applicator are created on a PC with Brady’s easy-to-use, LabelMarkTM labeling software. LabelMarkTM software eliminates the material handling cost of manual identification, and also optimizes wire identification with variable, serialized, multi-legend, bar code and graphical information.
Import existing label data using LabelMark software’s ODBC capabilities, to directly link wire identification information to the initial design process for seamless documentation every step of the way.
Once the labels are designed, operators can simply select the correct printjob on the Wraptor touch screen interface and insert the wire to be labeled. All PC label design and print job creation can be done in the office over an Ethernet connection or by transporting a CompactFlash® card.
