Brady's line of customer care programs will have you printing labels faster and more efficiently. A Brady 360™ Protection & Care Plan for the Wraptor™ Wire Marking System provides on-site preventive service at your facility that will extend the life of your printer by ensuring it is in peak running condition. It also allows for in-person training by a Brady Support Engineer. In addition, you get loaner availability and warranty extension options to minimize and quickly resolve downtime at a predictable cost.

All Wraptor™ Wire Marking Systems come with a Basic Printer/Applicator Protection & Care Plan for the first year of ownership. If you are a new customer of the Wraptor Wire Marking System, it is recommended to use the on-site support in the first few months for primary setup and training purposes.

There are three Brady 360™ Product Protection & Care Plan levels available:

Basic Care Plan

  • Extend warranty coverage
  • All shipping via groung at no cost for all repairs
  • Part & Labor included (excluding the WRAPTOR V-Block, but including the printhead)
  • Guaranteed Loaner Availability
  • Annual On-Site Preventive Maintenance Service
  • 1/2 price Emergency On-site Service
