How to Order Custom Tags

Brady  has made it easier than ever for you to order your own custom tags - all with one quick fax to your local distributor. Just follow these 4 simple steps and your order will be on its way to you within 48 hours or sooner for many of our customized tags.

1. Access the Order Form: Double-click on the desired tag's pdf file link below, then click on Run, View or launch to display it.
2. Print the Order Form: Click the printer button or click File then Print to print a copy of the Custom Express Worksheet Order Form.
3. Create Your Custom Product: Use the convenient custom order form to select your material, colors, size, legend, and optional bar code for your desired tag.
4. Fax the Order: Once completed, fax the custom order form to your local Brady Signmark distributor.

There are different custom tag order forms to choose from:

1. Equipment Tags for Equipment Identification
2. Valve Tags for for Brass, Aluminum and 2-Ply Valve Tags
3. Tags/PhotoIDTags for Lockout/Tagout tags
4. QuickGuard/DuraGuard/BradyGuard for Property Identification
