LabelMark 5 Installation Instructions

How To install the LabelMark 5 demo (Demo is based on the LabelMark 5 Professional version and is fully functional for 30 days):

1. Download the zip file.

2. Extract the zip files to a target folder

3. Navigate into the folder and select the setup.exe file

4. Select “run” option

5. Select language

6. Select Application to install:

Option 1: Install LabelMark application: This is a fully functional installation of LabelMark 5 in a 30-day trial mode. This can be converted into a production mode by simply purchasing an activation license.

Options 2 and 3: In order to install the Data Extraction AddIns (for MS Excel, MS Visio, and AutoCAD) and the Printer Management Add-In (for MS Excel), you must first install the LabelMark application.

The LabelMark Data Extraction Addins:  LabelMark Software’s Data Extraction Add-Ins allow users to work within their data applications and print labels from them without the need to open LabelMark Software. Users can now print data to Brady benchtop thermal transfer printers and Brady portable label printers from with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Visio. This time saving tool is now included with the LabelMark 5 Professional Software installation.

The LabelMark Printer Management Utility: With the LabelMark 5 Printer Management Utility users have more control over the management of their Brady printers. Users can perform the following tasks in managing their printers.

1. Transfer files from the BMP71 and BMP53 to the PC, BMP71 and BMP53

2. Map Excel data to transferred Brady printer files

3. Transfer Brady printer files with mapped data back to the Brady printer, BMP71 and BMP53

4. Auto update firmware for the BMP71 and BMP53

5. Update printer drivers for the BMP71

NOTE: You must update your printer drivers for proper printing.
