About the GHS Training Webinar:

This 45-minute GHS training webinar is the second of a 3-part educational series. During the webinar, you’ll learn about:

  • The major changes made to the HazCom standard, and how they affect your organization.
  • The timing requirements to address chemical classification, container labeling, Safety Data Sheets & employee education.
  • A demonstration of how to layout and print the newly required labels, including format, required text and pictograms.
  • Specific content you can use for a comprehensive employee training program.

Why do I need Globally Harmonized System Training?

OSHA is expected to publish its revised 1910.1200 Hazard Communication standard this September or shortly thereafter.
The standard will incorporate most elements of the UN’s Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS),
and will create a new single, universal format for hazard communication.

This GHS training webinar series will teach you the required new way to manage, handle and ship virtually all potentially hazardous chemicals.
